Take a look at this amazing collection of Peter Piloto Resort, the colors and all the small details are just simply stunning. It's a lot, but enough. Especially the color combinations is beautiful. It's inspiring from head to toe. I wish I could create something like this one day. 

ACCEPTED AT VOGUE ACADEMY IN AMSTERDAM

Dear fashionista's and fashion-victims,

After a very stressful month I found some time to update my blog, and it's really necessary because I have so much to tell you. Some of you might know it already, but: I got accepted at the Vogue Academy in Amsterdam!! I'm going to design my own things and learning how to make them. It's so unreal, but I'm very excited begin next September. Can't wait to create some artistic costumes with an high fashion taste.
I had a little interview at the Vogue Academy, and therefor I had to draw my favorite shoe - so I chose my Steve Madden shoe with golden chains. After that you had to make your own design of it. I created something with a zebra-print and a lot of feathers. It became a sort of safari-shoe. Really over the top, but so me haha :)

Yes! I got featherextentions! Finally, I've been waiting for so long to get these babies in my hair! And yesterday it was the day it happened. I'm in love with it, it's such a cute hippie look. I feel like Pocahontas or whatever. So, if the sun will be shining anytime soon... that would be perfect!

LASTWEEK SUMMER, TODAY WINTER

I made these pictures a week ago, it was a sunny day and it was about 18 degrees. And today it's -2 and there's snow! What is happening to the world? I really miss the sun, it makes me happy and you can wear your summer-outfits again.
On these pictures below I'm wearing my new hat I got from the Monki. It's a bit over the top, but I like it that way. Combined with my mint green shorts by Dutch designer Darryl van Wouw. Such a nice item, but sometimes difficult to match with other clothing, because there's a lot of color and there's so much happening. Another item I re-invented in my closet were my Jimmy Choo's shoes from H&M a couple years ago. They're really cute, and sexy in a way.

I hope the sun will return to the Netherlands soon, because it's really sucks right now. I feel like laying in bed all day with a cup of tea and have a wintersleep or something. I love the sun! Yesterday it was such a beautiful day, with a nice temperature and a lot of sunshine! I'm happy when it's sunny, I can't help it. So me and Paulien decided to make some Outfit-of-the-Day pictures for our blog. After a couple of outfits, we went to our standerd bar for some wine. Well, a lot of wine. What a nice day! A couple years ago my dad came back from a business trip from Singapore, and brought me a suit what the stewardess from Singapore Airlines are wearing. I didn't know what to do with that present, when are you going to wear a stewardess outfit? But today I found it back in my closet, and I was wondering if I could make an outfit with it. Mission accomplished! I love this new look, it's great for the summer! I can't wait to see the sun again. What do you think about this Outfit-of-the-Day?

TOPSHOP SPRING/SUMMER '13

Here is the spring/summer collection of TopShop. Love the black-and-white theme combined with powerfull colors! It's a nice collection, and very different. I wish there was a TopShop in the Netherlands, hopefully it will come soon, otherwise I have to go to Londen. Hmmm, not a bad idea actually haha! What do you think about this collection? SUMMER, I MISS YOU BIG TIME! PLEASE COME BACK!!

DRESS TOPSHOP | SHOES NEWLOOK

This is the dress I bought in London! I was planning to wear it with Christmas, but then I got a fever. So I was wearing my pyjama's at dinner. I can't wait to wear this dress!! But it's way too cold. Therefor it has to be summer. Anyways, I can't wait to see the sun again. As you may now, I don't like the cold, windy, rainy and snowy days. I want to wear nice dresses and peeptoe shoes with a blazer. Instead of a snowsuit.

Back to the dress... I was looking for a long time for this kind of dress, which is shorter at front and longer at the back. But because I'm so small, they back was always way too long (even with heels). But not this one, this dress is perfect for me! I'm glad I finally found this one!

FOREVER 21 - FOR NOW, TWO DAYS LEFT

In a few days I'll be turning 22, and everybody is reminding me of it. In a way it's kind of a big deal for me this year, I don't know why but it feels like I'm getting old and now I have to act mature or something. Maybe I should get myself together and just accept the fact I'm not FOREVER 21...
So therefor I combined some new and old items for this look today. I love the black-and-white trend for this spring/summer '13 and to cheer it up, so I decided to wear my new red hat. Too bad it's windy and rainy all day now, and I don't feel like going out these days. You see? I'm getting old. If it was up to me I would lay in bed all day, but life goes on. Anna Dello Russo (there she is again haha) once said: "When you don't deel to dress, means you are depressed." Well that's luckily not the case here anymore.
So maybe I should stop whining about eveything and be happy. There is a lot going to happen the couple of months, and I'm excited but also a bit scared. But's that's normal I think. We'll have to wait and see... For now: ENJOY YOUR DAY FASHIONISTA'S!

S U M M E R 2 0 1 3

As you may know, I don't like the cold. Guess what? It's cold today! My butt is freezing off... But I'm having some nice things to look foward to. I'm going to travel quite a lot this spring/summer!

My Mom and Dad decided around Christmas to take me to Singapore (for a serious shopping trip) in May! Can't wait to visit the sun, and leave the coldness and darkness behind. Can you imagine in the spring: going to Sentosa beach, having cocktails, enjoy the nice food and shop 'till you drop! Singepore: HERE I COME!!

After that holiday, I'm probably going to graduate... and maybe there's a Interrail vacation trhough Europe (but not planned or booked yet). And I'm hoping I'll be moving to Amsterdam around that time and enjoy life there. Can't wait to live there, everytime I think about that I get happy!

Last but not least, in August I'm going to Lanzarote (Canary Islands, Spain) with my parents. My dad just booked it, as a sort of present for my graduation - haha so now I have to pass all the exams ;-) So yes, this picture fit's this situation right now: This summer is for Art and Adventures! I can't wait to go there, having an amazing experience and making beautiful pictues!

But now, I've to work my ass of for school and work to get my Bikini-body in May! Hahaha... Crap! For today, I had my ballet-class and now I'm not leaving the house anymore because it started snowing.

VOGUE SPRING/SUMMER 2013

I'm so not leaving my house the next couple of weeks, because I bought this Spring/Summer 2013 lookbook from Vogue. It cost me some money, but hey... I think it's all worth it! So much inspiration! So much fashion and new looks! It's keeping me busy at these cold and dark winterdays...
