BAS KOSTERS | THE REBELLIOUS SHADOW

About a month ago Dutch designer Bas Kosters showed his collection called: 'The Rebellious Shadow' for fall 2013/2014 in London. The collection is based on the idea of priciples are not part of everyday life. They exist only in our 'shadow'. It's mainly about aimlessly protest - which is unknown - and a new look at the color black. As the successor of the penis print chose Kosters now for a SM-design. Kosters made use of his favorite material: satin, jersey, Lycra, corduroy and silk.
I love Bas Kosters, such an amazing designer, and I totally get his idea about it only exist in out shadow. Just brilliant! What a inspiration! Don't you think?

TOPSHOP SPRING/SUMMER '13

Here is the spring/summer collection of TopShop. Love the black-and-white theme combined with powerfull colors! It's a nice collection, and very different. I wish there was a TopShop in the Netherlands, hopefully it will come soon, otherwise I have to go to Londen. Hmmm, not a bad idea actually haha! What do you think about this collection? Hot of Not?

RIHANNA FOR RIVER ISLAND

On the 5th of March 2013 Rihanna's first collection will be on sale, and it will be exclusively revealed on February 26th at London Fashion Week! Rihanna said: "Launching at London Fashion Week is a dream come true. I have wanted to design my own collection for a long time to present my collection for River Island alongside all of the other great design talent at LFW is a real privilege. I can't wait to see the reaction from my fans and the fashion press."
RiRi fans in the United States and Japan will be able to get their hands on the collection exclusively in Opening Ceremony Stores, the other countries have to buy their Limited Edition collection of Rihanna at the online-store at Riverisland.com.
The countdown has started and for more details and other sneak peeks you have to watch on the internet. You can sign up on the website to keep informed about Rihanna's collection. I'm curious myself, I don't know what to expect but I think it will be really sexy and feminine.

GET THE LONDON LOOK

Hello world,
Yesterday I came back after a few days in London. Two of my Swedish friends, Josefin and Åsa - are living there right now, so I decided to visit them. London is never a bad idea right?
We walked through London city and act like real tourists. I was planning to shop a lot,
but I didn't quite succeed... my parents can be really proud of me.
But if I had more time, it would have been another story.
We visited the London Tower Bridge (which was an amazing experience), ofcourse Oxford Street,
went to Åsa's work at Westfield shopping center, Piccadilly Street, saw the Big Ben
and after that we went back to Oxford street. I bought a super cute dress at Topshop.
I wanted a nice jacket/blazer and fabulous shoes, but I think it wasn't meant to be.

Early yesterday morning we flew back, so we stayed awake all night and took the night buss to the airport.
I am only now recovering a bit. But just wanted to say that I really enjoyed the couple days in London!
So nice it's possible just leave everything behind for a few days.
