TUTU-CHIC

After a couple amazing days at Terschelling I returned today in Amsterdam. I was so excited about everything, I wanted to wear my 'customized' tutu. A couple years ago I bought a white see-through petticoat in a Vintage store, and made a sort of tutu skirt out of it. Just like Carrie in Sex and the City. I already posted it a while ago, you can check this outfit here. But this time I combined my favorite Tutu-skirt with an denim blouse and a black-and-white striped shirt. To complete this look I'm wearing the Jimmy Choo's heels from H&M. What do you think? You limey? xoxo

PAINT WITH ALL THE COLORS IN YOUR HAIR

Yes! I got featherextentions! Finally, I've been waiting for so long to get these babies in my hair! And yesterday it was the day it happened. I'm in love with it, it's such a cute hippie look. I feel like Pocahontas or whatever. So, if the sun will be shining anytime soon... that would be perfect!

I love the sun! Yesterday it was such a beautiful day, with a nice temperature and a lot of sunshine! I'm happy when it's sunny, I can't help it. So me and Paulien decided to make some Outfit-of-the-Day pictures for our blog. After a couple of outfits, we went to our standerd bar for some wine. Well, a lot of wine. What a nice day! I love the color black (eventhough some people say it's not a color). It's beautiful to combine, with some more black. And you have to agree with me... black is never out of style! 

I bought this top in the Solden in Antwerp on a shoppingtrip with my mom. I wanted it for so long, and now I finally have it! Easy to combine and really classy (if you ask me)... I combined this top with a leather skirt (to make it a bit more tougher) and these two-toned tights. I didn't know how to wear these tights, it's difficult because it can look a bit slutty. But I think I did a good job with this 'Outfit of the day'. I felt a bit like Blair Waldorf from Gossip Girl haha. Don't you think? Let me know :)

Always, after a shopping trip, when I'm showing my parents my new items - they think I've lost my mind. Because I get back with the most strange and sometimes in a weird (kind of way) ugly things. My dad thinks I'm a sort of Hippie, haha maybe that's true! I love the Bohemian Chic look.
I got this jacket in 'de 9 straatjes' in Amsterdam at a Vintage store called Episode. Such a nice suede jacket with fringe and above all I adore the color. It's easy to combine and looks good at almost everything. Just like these trousers, which are dificult to wear because of the colors and the print.

What do you think about this look? I felt like a little happy hippie today. Hope you felt the same ;-)

FOREVER 21 - FOR NOW, TWO DAYS LEFT

In a few days I'll be turning 22, and everybody is reminding me of it. In a way it's kind of a big deal for me this year, I don't know why but it feels like I'm getting old and now I have to act mature or something. Maybe I should get myself together and just accept the fact I'm not FOREVER 21...
So therefor I combined some new and old items for this look today. I love the black-and-white trend for this spring/summer '13 and to cheer it up, so I decided to wear my new red hat. Too bad it's windy and rainy all day now, and I don't feel like going out these days. You see? I'm getting old. If it was up to me I would lay in bed all day, but life goes on. Anna Dello Russo (there she is again haha) once said: "When you don't deel to dress, means you are depressed." Well that's luckily not the case here anymore.
So maybe I should stop whining about eveything and be happy. There is a lot going to happen the couple of months, and I'm excited but also a bit scared. But's that's normal I think. We'll have to wait and see... For now: ENJOY YOUR DAY FASHIONISTA'S!

SNOW-CHIC

My dream came true! The snow is leaving our country!! So this is probably the last 'Outfit-of-the-Day' post in the snow. I'm so happy, now I can wear finally my high heels again!
Last weekend, I recived a large H&M box full of clothing I ordered. Well actually, my Mom ordered it for me. So I got this leopard jacket, and I totally love this theme for the spring, eventhough it's freezing outside I couldn't care less. Fashion doesn't know any limits, and me neither. I combined the jacket, with an easy look today. I wore my favorite blouse from the Zara, with some jeans and ofcourse the lovely Isabel Marant sneakers! That's the best money I ever spent. You can wear them with anything, and it will always look good on you. Don't you agree? So... what do you think of this look? I call it snow-chic ;-) let me know!

MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA: LEATHER JACKET

I made a promise last time that I would make a better picture of my Maison Martin Margiela items. Here is the first one, the leather biker jacket. It's not very easy to wear because it's quite heavy, and the leather is also quite hard. But, like Anna Dello Russo once said: "Fashion is always uncomfortable, when you feel comfortable you never get the look."

So here it is. I'm very happy with it, and I'm trying to create some look with it. Today I decided to dress all black, so everybody could take a look at my jacket ;-) haha. I felt like the 'Lady in Black'.

VOGUE SPRING/SUMMER 2013

I'm so not leaving my house the next couple of weeks, because I bought this Spring/Summer 2013 lookbook from Vogue. It cost me some money, but hey... I think it's all worth it! So much inspiration! So much fashion and new looks! It's keeping me busy at these cold and dark winterdays...

CURLY HAIR AND NO MAKE-UP

I got a new curling iron from Kijkshop.nl for only €15,95 and it works great! After curling my hair, 

I didn't feel like put on some make-up. So this is my "nude'-look. What do you think?
