PERFECTION! She is one of the most glamorous lady's in Hollywood: miss Meryl Streep! She walked away with her third(!!!) Academy Award for the Best Leading Actress for her powerful role in The Iron Lady.
At the Oscars The Iron Lady stepped onto the red carpet in a custom Lanvin gown in the same color as her Academy Award - gold! Amazing dress for an amazing woman!
I'm happy, she is simply the best! She is stunning!

A LITTLE ME TIME

When everything is a mess, you need to clean up. But in life? Where do you begin? Lately it got me thinking about life and I decided to start with a little me time. Don't know what I'm exactly going to do, but we'll see. I'm saying goodbye to Facebook (for now), if you need/want to contact me you can call, text, email, whatsapp me anytime you want.

Little things I like to do while I'm having a little me time: Get rid of all the negativity in life - Dance in the rain - Spend some quality time with my mother - Write a letter - Start reading books before going to bed - Take one photo everyday of 2012 - Spend an entire day in bed (watching movies) - Find beauty and happiness in the little things - Start drawing new clothingdesigns - Love the feeling of being annonymous in a city you've never been before - Start a diary and write in it every day - Follow my dreams - Watch the news - Complete a scrapbook - Get out of bed early every day - Decorate a bag with studs.

This was the view from my room in Tilburg last week. I love the fact the sky is pink because the sun is comming up. Normally I don't like getting up early for my balletclass, but with a beautiful view like this it's all worth it. Don't you think?

A lot had happened te last time. It felt like I need some structure, so I decided that I'm going to try the monthly photo challenge as a therapy. Okay, It's not the 1st of the month anymore. But hey, that's typical Alyssa!Let's see if it works. I'm excited to begin this experiment.

ICESKATING IN AMSTERDAM

Wednesday I went to Amsterdam to iceskate on the canals. It felt like it was my birthday-party (the-day-after) and I felt like I was a kid again. Had such a lovely day! Normally I hate the cold and the snow, but this was amazing. And it was the perfect opportunity to make pictures with my new camera. I just like the fact that I didn't had to worry about school and stuff, I was free for a moment. And I just can't wait to find a cute place in Amsterdam and live there with some friends.

NIKON D3100

What a week... a lot happened! This Tuesday I turned 21, and reality gave me a bitchslap in the face: I became old. But it all started Sunday (when I was still young). I finally decided to buy a Nikon D3100 camera - as a cure for my midlife crisis.
So... what's the plan now? I don't have any clue. I have to figure out what to do and make a little plan. It just need some time. Until then I have a new hobby: making pictures and I'm planning to make a little Street-Style blog. Just to keep myself busy and find out what I want to do and what kind of things I like (and which I don't like to do).
