Last weekend I went to Paris. I really love this city, it's so inspiring! Just needed to leave the Netherlands for a couple of days, because everybody is whining about things I have to fix, because I fucked it up. Well I don't want to think about that for now! I mean, I know I fucked it up and I know it's my own mistake. What can I do about it now? Exactly, nothing! So, that's why I went to Paris. And... It's amazing! Still, after all these times I'm so surprised when I'm in Paris. I don't know what it is, but there's something in the atmosphere that makes me feel better. I love it to walk all by myself at the Champs-Élysées listening to my iPod. Or sitting on a bench near by the Eifel Tower and smoking cigarettes. I like the fact that there's always a lot going on over there, and it seems like everybody is really enjoying life in Paris. And... the fashion is stunning. It looks like there all supermodels walking down the streets. Anyways, I went to an amazing party in a wonderfull club (from which I don't remember the name) but I know it was a lovely weekend I won't forget!

P.S. sorry for the crappy photo's. It's too bad I don't have my Nikon D3100 camera yet. Otherwise I made more picures! Well, that's for the next time!

AMSTERDAM FASHION WEEK

Last week it was Amsterdam Fashion Week. This time the AFW was dominated by upcomming design talents. Friday the 27th of January was the day that eight young designers showed their collections.

AFW: ELISE KIM

25-year-old designer Elise Kim (Vietnam), showed her fall-winter collection 2012/2013 to the audience during Amsterdam Fashion Week. She has a lot of dreamy white looks, with transparent fabrics and silk. But later on in the show Elise Kim brings different colors. She also participates in this print-mania, and especially her prints have been developed. I think this collection is stunning, wish I had this in my closet! What do you think?

I lost the feeling of dressing up. Normally I just put on something what's in my closet. But since a couple of weeks I'm completly lost and it's pretty fucked up if you don't know what to wear (or how to wear your outfit). Maybe it's time to throw away some old clothing and look for a new style.

A New Year's resolution is a commitment  that an individual makes to one or more lasting personal goals, projects, or the reforming of a habit. (from Wikipedia). 

I Usually think making New Year's resolutions is just bullshit, but I think I've to grow up this year and act more like an adult (haha). Okay seriously, giving up the booze is simply not an option and quit smoking is a big no go. Things I want to change/do in 2012: Enjoy Life More. Another thing is Learn Something New. And at last, I really need to Get Organized. 

But there's one thing what I really want to do: Travel the World and just see where I'll end up. Well, HAPPY 2012 Don't Fuck It Up!
